It worked for me on my Mac M1 Pro max
Hello Kay and thank you for reaching out, this is a known issue and the team is investigating the problem.
In the meantime here's a workaround that you can try:
- Choose Apple menu > System Settings
- Click your name, then select iCloud
- Scroll down and under iCloud+, click Private Relay
- Turn the Private Relay OFF
