Is there any way I can swap Physics Assets? 1 for a wiggly Hat, the other for full-body Ragdoll.
You would either swap models or swap profiles. Yes. You can define profiles for ragdolling.

All the settings are within an Anim Blueprint, I’m using a Control Rig and Rigid Body nodes. I can’t find a way to swap a profile.
ApplyPhysicalAnimationProfile below - select the root (or whatever needed) should handle your needs.

If I assign the Physics Asset in the Skeletal Mesh it works but not using the Rigid Body node within the Animation Blueprint.
That seems odd. Try an older engine version - maybe they inteoduced a bug?
