I worked on this file two months ago and it was fine. I opened it up last week and it says it was made in a previous version ( which I'm pretty sure it was 2022.1 which I'm still using) I upgrade and it's completely blank file, no views, my revit file isn't even linked, nothing. I tried opening previous saved versions and the sane thing happens - anyone know how to fix this issue?
I tried installing older versions but I still get a blank file either way wIth the starter ground and city scape... I'm fairly new at this so if there's something I'm missing let me know
Usually, when a file opens up blank, that means that the file was created in or converted to a newer version of Twinmotion than you are currently using. If it's opening as blank in Twinmotion 2022.1 then is it possible that you converted the project to a Twinmotion 2022.2 file and saved it? If so, I would try opening the file in Twinmotion 2022.2 Preview 2 (the latest version of Twinmotion) to see if it still appears blank.
If the file appears blank in even the latest version of Twinmotion, then it may have been corrupted, which usually happens when the save process is interrupted, or the storage drive encounters an issue. In that case, recovery is unlikely, but you can submit a bug report so our support team can take a look at the file. To avoid the complete loss of a project due to file corruption, we recommend enabling autosaves and keeping backup copies of the file.
