Glass texture disappeares with distance/angle?

Hi,

I have a problem with glass material. It behaves strange with different angles of viewing or distance. Look at the video below. What can cause that problem? I tried to unlink all the nodes one by one to find a problem, but it seems not to be in problem in material itself, because noting changed.

It looks like bounds issue. In some camera position glass mesh bounds goes out of camera frustrum. Where is glass mesh origin/pivot located?
