The Refraction of a Watermaterial isn't z-flipped

I created a material for water and set on Refraction = 2.0 like in the water tutorial.

But the reflection on the water isn’t z flipped. If you look at the water reflection on the pic the reflected small mountain should be on north and the reflected sky on the south part of the lake. Is this a bug or is there just a adjustment needed what I don’t know?

I followed an unoffical water tutorial (12:30-13:00):


I’m not an expert, but I think, the refraction isn’t used to be in this way for water reflection, I looked at the water-material of the Vehicle example, this is a good water with water reflection without any use of the refraction slot. So refraction isn’t equal reflection, so it is nothing work with refraction (?)
