Workflow to optimize files for P3D (max. 100mb)

Hi what is the best way to 
generate/optimize files for the max. 100mb
allowed at p3d.in ?

I don’t know P3D, but I suppose it is some sort of an engine? I recommend you to simplify the model to let’s say 100k poly and use texture reprojection to bake out the color and the normal map. This should provide you with a well optimized model and yet still detailed.
