Just tested it and unfortunately Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-70092) still occurs 
You mentioned comment out a few lines of code - you don’t mean this do you:

because that is not fixing 70092. It only fixes this one: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-46640)
