Stay focused, set breaks, and keep a comfy workspace 
Remove as much distraction as possible. Also, found clean enviroment boosted my work efficiency.
If you have a PC at home that you access remotely from time to time, first set up a different desktop/profile. Use this workstation for a cleaner, distraction free setup. You can still access your default one if you need to.
