I know, what you mean. I made a effect similar to that, but the decal system is limited. Jagged spreading will probably be not possible I’m afraid. I will try it though, but please keep in mind that there is a high possibility that it won’t work.
Still, I made some progress despite being busy with my other project. I can’t just let you guys down :). I will also add something, which you probably will like. I will call it “Age and die”. This will be a decal system, which applies age effects on several materials :).
And I enhanced the ice effects too. I will post an update video in the next days, maybe even tomorrow.
