What you’ll want is a physics thruster.
Make a setup like this:
The rotation of the physics thruster determines the direction of the wind, and the thrust strength determines the wind. Make sure auto activate is enabled on the thruster.
You’ll want to adjust the strength of the thruster and the mass of the lantern to make it fits the strength you want.
