Most buyers using this marketplace are likely to view AI-generated products negatively. They are reluctant to apply AI-generated assets, which are still incomplete and lack quality assurance, to their services or games. However, Fab imposes no restrictions or penalties on sellers flooding the platform with AI-generated products. Ordinary users cannot easily distinguish between AI-generated and human-created works. Fab’s review process, which relies solely on AI automation, has resulted in a confusing marketplace.
Despite numerous posts on forums, Fab remains silent on this issue. They appear to have no immediate solution and seem indifferent, as they likely believe that commissions from the sales of AI-generated assets are not a significant loss for them.
This short-sighted focus on immediate profits is foolish. If they continue to maintain this stance, both sellers and buyers will eventually abandon this marketplace.
