I downloaded windows installer after paying for engine but it wont open. it says “unrealenginelauncher.exe - application error” " application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close application." i dont understand. ? also source code wasn’t on github.

You might need to uninstall Launcher, redownload and reinstall. Let us know if you have any problems after that and we can investigate further.
To access source code on Github, you need to make sure your Github account is linked to EpicGames. instructions for that are here:

I found solution! Go here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/…x?id=40784 and download installer. Uninstall and dont repair. Then reinstall.

We believe that Spazmortis is correct, and that you’ll need to install latest vs2013 redistributable which you can find here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784. You should uninstall any previous installations of redistributable. Thanks again!
