I am uploading models with Diffuse, Specular and Glossiness maps. and I noticed a problem in 3d viewer. Specular map is showing black and white while assigning it to Specular level. Or I am doing this wrong. Where we should assign our specular map?
How to upload Spec/Gloss based models in 3d viewer? Specular map is color map and there is no setting in editor to show it. After applying map in Specular level it converts in black and white which is incorrect. Please help me here.

Hi @MonsterHead05 - apologies for missing this when you originally posted it. I’ve shared it with the team to take a look.
The 3D viewer only supports the Metallic PBR workflow. Specular PBR workflow is not supported.
The Specular level channel is NOT a specular color channel.
It controls the specular response of the surface, which is basically how shiny the reflection highlight will look like.
This maps is black and white because it’s a “mask” texture that allows you to have different areas of the materials to have a different specular response.
It’s exactly similar to what you would have in Unreal Engine in the PBR Node referred as “Specular”
