Why C++ for Unreal 4?

Why are people still discussing this? Is this a discussion about programming languages? If so, then there are a lot of forums where you can go and discuss.

UE4 was programmed in C++, and this time, Epic didn’t included a scripting language. And they did so because, besides the reasons given by , there are no reasons whatsoever to do so. Unlike UDK, you have complete access to all code, so if you want a scripting language for the engine and integrate it with the editor, then you can easily do so.
