If you are in doubt, try both:) If you are new, try both! Are free and you can check wich one suits your needs. You can also try CE3 the free sdk, is old, but you can make an idea.

One more comment on your answer: don’t expect the PC version of the game to run the same on Android. Usually, you have to remake all gfx and super tweak everything for Android/iOS and even some code parts. Those devices are so slow…
