They made a note in the “Your First Hour in UEFN” Landscaping Tools chapter that the Empty Level was removed, and to go in and manually delete the items in the barebones one they suggest. It’s a bit of a pain, but at least it’s now acknowledged in the tutorial. Still waiting on the ability to use the Niagara VFX described later in that tutorial. It blacklists those assets currently when uploading and testing in Fortnite.
