Thank you for reporting this issue.
We were hoping you could follow the steps below to help best resolve this:
- Close all Twinmotion files open if any
- Open a new scene/file of Twinmotion from the Epic Games Launcher
- Check that you are signed-in
- Navigate to the assets you were trying to download
- Repeat trying to download an asset
- After getting the error message when trying to download one close Twinmotion
- Retrieve the Twinmotion log file (https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/article/Where-to-find-Twinmotion-log-file)
- Send it back to us by reporting a bug using this link: https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page
