When i import an hda(houdini digital asset) into unreal and use unreal geomentry as input geometry for hda the unreal engine crashes

This problem has several posts about it for years yet no one has an actual conclusion, I’m using a production build as well and that is not the solution. Is there no one that has an actual solution to this?
