What keyboard shortcut/keyboard combination brings up the list of materials that are currently attached/found in the entire scene?

Hello there and thank you for reaching out.

Do you mean that you are not able to click on the tile to view all textures?

I'm, unfortunately, unaware of a faster way to get this menu up other than by using the eyedropper to select a texture and clicking on the multi-tile view inside the texture.
