what happened to volumetric lighting / fog

Exponential Height Fog -> Volumetric Fog -> turn on “Volumetric Fog” Checkbox
Any Movable Light -> increase Volumetric Scattering Intensity.
Other settings are defaults. It should be enough to see volumetric effect.
