this is becoming a long comment chain but still this question is the most relevant, I got the same problem - cant change the setting.
Yes, unfortunately our web vendor hasn’t been able to roll out the update to fix this yet, and so we are still requiring them to fix it on an individual basis. I will reach out to them so they can fix your account.
