"View on FAB" Link not working

Morning all, yesterday I put an assets pack on sale and it got published. I can see it in my listing but if I click on the “VIew on FAB” link, which I suppose is the one people see from “outside”, I get
“Sorry, we couldn’t find that page” error. What can I do about it? Ty!

Update: Talked with support and they solved it. Thanks a lot for the help guys, have a nice one.

Try clearing your cache of the browser, or copy/paste the link to another browser. You could also try refreshing the webpage, most browsers use stored pages, which is a client side cache.

Hi, ty for the reply. I actually already tried another browser with and without incognito mode. IS there someone I can speak to to get some help? I’m worried people can’t see my listing. Ty.

Post a link of your product, or give its full title, so others can see if they can see it.
