Use of Launcher

I would like to use UE4 commercially under the Unreal Engine End User License Agreement for Creators.
I plan to create still images and videos on Unreal Engine.

According to the manual, Unreal Engine is download from EpicGamesLauncher.
I asked about EpicGamesLauncher’s EULA before and was told the following HP.
https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/eula

According to this Launcher’s EULA, it is not available for commercial use.
Please tell me the EULA of Epic Games Launcher to use when downloading UE4.

The UE4 EULA for Creators will govern your use of Unreal Engine. In other words, the non-commercial provisions of the Launcher EULA only apply to the use of the launcher itself, and not the engine.

Am I correct in understanding that The UE4 EULA for Creators will apply to download UE using Launcher?

You can choose to use UE under the Creator EULA or the Publishing EULA. Whichever you accept will govern your use of UE.
