After a bunch of googling and research, I’m still confused. So let me simplify the question a bit…
Is any inclusion of Poker considered casino-style content or gambling?
I’d really hate to have to give up on this project. Just trying to figure out if a re-brand to make it clear this is a just-for-fun neighborhood poker game with friends kind of game would help.
I guess I could make a Euchre game, but what fun is that? Poker is clearly the best card game, and I want to play it as an anthropomorphic Fortnite Jellie.
