S-ed:
I’ve been tampering with the Forums theme for some time. Made my own Dark version:
You could get one here: https://pastebin.com/44ST9L7S
It’s in WIP, and MAY not be finished ever (depends on how Epic would solve the issue with forums)
To install it You probably would need Stylish addon for a browser.
It’s really tedious process and there’re many white spots left.
You have to update theme from time to time, atm I’m patching it about 10 times a day.
But this topic not about it. I’ve noticed that vBulletin using really outdated styling.
DOM structure is also bad, lack of anchors (id’s), oversaturated by classes.
!important keyword usage.
It uses PNG icon lists instead of SVG or Font files.
No Flex (come on, it’s 2017!)
Addons like CKE adding many garbage too.
It s Heavy.
It may sound like I’m against vBulleting in general (acually I am, but it’s not the point here), but I’m writing it only because I’m worried about Epic and Community.
Eventually it’s all will be solved, hope, sooner than later.
Which browser + extension are you using? Stylish isn’t working for me. Tried Stylebot and it gives error, it works when those lines are removed but with slight annoying differences. Also, thanks for your work!
