I use highresshot 6-7-8 (9 crash my pc), it gives me a very high res image (can reach 14 000 pixel wide) that I downscale in photoshop to remove aliasing as much as possible because highresshot doesn’t take temporal AA into consideration.

r.screenpercentage 150-200 in game and I press print screen. Gives a great image with temporal AA ON at the size of your monitor (limitation).
A tip for recording an interactive video, try using a controller, you can smooth the camera movements a lot more and it looks less jerky than using a mouse.
