The UE problem (missing support for advanced rendering features) does not go away.

yo guys i have a win11 hp elitebook 8th Gen Core i7 Laptop, and i keep on getting the same warning message. Also my fps goes down to 5. I try to make it go higher but so far nothing is working. Can you guys help?
