I’m not totally sure what is going on but hopefully my answer will drive more people to answer your question. That being said I would reinstall UE4 as this seems like an issue with your version more than anything else. Another question I have is, what are you using UE4 for? Are you opening a new project or an existing project? If it is the latter, I would check my logs to see what bugs you are getting. Actually you should check your logs either way, ctrl f for errors and see what’s actually going on. Hope this helps!
