I say GO FOR IT! If you’re intention is to…

  1. Leverage UnrealEngine 3D Visual, Physics, AI Audio, Networking Capabilities.
  2. Add Gamification/Game Mechanics.

Otherwise, its reinventing the wheel and a complete waste of the most important resource: Time.
