Unreal Engine 5.5.1 crashes when opening new project

Hi, I tried using Unreal Engine again after a few months which had no problems before but now I can’t open a new project because I keep getting this error.
I have tried enabling “r.ShaderDevelopmentMode” in ConsoleVariables.ini, uninstalled both UnrealEngine and Epic Games but none of these solutions have worked. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
