Same here … tried multiple epic accts. All of which have current EULA’s attached to the acct. One of which has 5.4 enterprise licenses attached.

I think its a server prob

+1 to the list of users getting this error…
EDIT 2 Hours after my initial post here: I am able to install now, I didn’t do anything special - just restarted the launcher & tried again, hopefully whatever backend issue was blocking the downloads is resolved!

Now it’s ok to download. I think this is a server error

Strange, I also had an EU-FA-31003 error, but after adding the debugging command as instructed by the owner, the error disappeared and can now be installed. It may be an issue with the server!

I went to my account, accepted wallet agreemnet, restarted the launcher and now im able to install.

Note: I’m on Mac.

There was a misconfiguration with the Preview causing the issue, but it was identified and resolved a number of hours ago.
