You don’t have to use new tone mapper. By default it is disabled. r.TonemapperFilm 1 enables new tone mapper. It also won’t affect blurriness. In future I will make an easier upgrade path. For now you can use these settings to closely match old tone mapper.

This is not a bug (although I don’t really agree with design decision either). level editor ’ frame’ window is always behind any floating asset editors, and can never be put in front of them; this was true even before Ctrl+Tab menu was added.

Thanks for clarification . From a POV it’s still a bit strange experience though, you can ctrl-tab to another window but it doesn’t switch (because it’s behind floating window) - almost looks like its broken like that. Still new to UE so maybe it will grow on me.

14992 - Still under assessment, marked as major.
13899 - property you are looking to add to your blueprint is not exposed by default. Add something like this: UPROPERTY(Category = Something, VisibleAnywhere) to make it editable.
12015 - Still under assessment, marked as minor so it may take some time to get fixed.
7749 - Still under consideration
14586 - Marked as fixed in 4.8
15223 - Still under assessment
13279 - Still under assessment

It is now marked as “Major” and has been assigned to a developer to be fixed. ETA for fix is currently not set for 4.8 preview builds.

UE-7749 - Fixed ( bug that was filed was filed as a feature request, and hierarchy reordering portion of it was satisfied by another bug fix; part that’s still under assessment is fact that logical order does not always map to render order due to batching. This is specific to Canvas, which is usually what people complain about.)
So far I can’t test play my project. It crashes after playing with no crash report or anything.
