This is a Preview, you shouldn’t be expecting to be able to build to the Quest, use 4.22 Stable.

I’m using 4.22 for my projects but I like to test 4.23 to see if fixes were made to broken Android features like MobileMultiView + CSM’s or if Vulkan works in 4.23 etc.
