The first issue has been already reported: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-77549)
Glad you found that second issue cause I stumbled on that as well and couldn’t work it out! 
Could you post the issue here so we can upvote it?
I also reported these two issues which are related to mobileVR as well:
both block you from doing a release for those platforms
