Unreal Engine 4.23 Preview

Testing the preview 2 - new blank project. Setting up for Quest. In projectSettings - when I accept the android SDK license it throws an error;
unable to read …/…/…/Engine/Source/ThirdParty/Android/package.xml

This Android directory doesn’t exist in 4.23. It does in 4.22

Same error when ticking ‘enable gradle instead of ant’’

Have you installed and set up the Android SDK in previous engine versions?
