Same issue here.
Since I upgraded to 4.18, I cannot open the Unreal Editor for 4.7, 4.8. 4.9. 4.10.
However, I can open the Unreal editor for 4.16, 4.17, 4.18
I haven’t tried the intermediate versions yet… but something has changed with 4.18
