Unreal 5.5: Broken Interchange Pipeline (FBX/GLTF)

I’m getting the same issue with Maxon Interchange, I had a whole C4D scene imported with animations just fine. Then I opened the C4D scene, and literally just changed the length of the project from 200 > 400 frames, didnt touch any objects. Saved, then re imported, and half of the meshes in the level in UE5 were missing, or randomly scaled differently, under the map.
