Unreal 4.14.13 Android packaging error, branch build

Hi! I ended up just uninstalling everything and reinstalling, and it worked fine. It was probably something I had messed up with all of the installing/uninstall/trying to compile/etc.

On a side note, my SDK looked pretty much the same as what you had posted, except the API level was at 21 instead of 19
