I have a island that is eligible to be converted back to fnc but when I click to do it nothing happens and won’t proceed not sure what to do

This issue did pop out a few months ago, and was resolved with a fix from Epic:
The only requirement was for the island to be originally created in Fortnite Creative. If that’s not the case, the operation would not be possible. But if your island was created this way, then the process should work, for which you can submit a ticket at https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/

@w14ks I have some questions
- Was this specific Island Made in FNC (Some People call this Creative 1.0)
- Is your project Currently in a Team or is it in No Team
- In your project page when you’re in the Creator Portal does the top right side say “UEFN (revertable)”
Yes to all but it was put on to a team when I put it on UEFN then I took it off the team and still does say it’s revertable
I did submit a ticket to this and they told me they couldn’t help and sent me here
Could you do me a favor and move your project to “No Team(Just Me)”?
It should be the 1st option, make sure you were the person who made the island initially

It is already. that’s where I have been trying as it’s not possible untill you have it on “just me”
So you can convert it now that it’s on just me? Or is there something else ALSO blocking you from reverting back to FNC?
Screenshots are on phone but it is the same on pc
When I press continue it does nothing.
I can spam it and it still does nothing
and it is on no team and I have tried putting back on a team then back off but same result I do still have it on file on my pc so it’s not fully lost but it would be great to have on 1.0 too for other uses.
This island also was originally on 1.0 because it was a copy of another 1.0 island I have .

Hmmmm Interesting never seen that bug before.
Another 2 questions I have,
- Did you create the account in FNC? or did someone else Upgrade it to UEFN and move it to a team of yours
- Are your island slots filled in FNC? maybe you are full of islands and it can’t convert?
If you made it on your account and have slots in FNC I would recommend getting a video of the bug and posting a bug report here Epic Developer Community Forums
