Ultimate Engine CoPilot - The World’s Most Comprehensive AI Development Tool for Unreal Engine

(post deleted by author)

SCAM ALERT! Users Beware, i tried this it seems to barely do anything before it stops working, it looks to me like a Scam you are doing. 5 day free trial… i must say It used all trial tokens 2 million tokens in under 20 minutes and now it is unusable it took me longer to install than the time i got to use it. and it generated one working very small blueprint that seemed to actually work but i had problems on the second one (no tokens left) so i did not get time enough to test if it actually does anything well, it was just a blueprint for registering picked up items when you touch them and it ran out of tokens already. That was very little time to actually see if this works as it only managed to copy one very basic and tiny blueprint i already created manually before it stopped working because it used all the trial tokens on that. How do i know this actually is working when i barely got any tokens/time to test it at all. Also the other comments on here do not really make me confident this will work over time if the licences are getting disabeled and or the plugin stops working after some use. It used all trial tokens 2 million tokens in 20 minutes and it got barely anything done, wont that become insanely expensive very fast just to use it for one full day if tokens gets used this fast. i would love to hear the actual price of using this and if the licence can be transferred to another computer in case my machine breaks down because i am using an old computer and can not really afford the new machines and this pc can break down at any moment, does this mean the licence will also be lost if i get problems with the computer? Also you keep removing and banning users from discord for some reason and it sounds very bad when there is licence issues and alot more problems. Serious creators do not really need AI Slop they will manage just fine without this scam product.

Hi Leonaidi. I understand you are frustrated that the 5-Day Free Trial does not grant access to the full, unrestricted premium features of the Ultimate Engine Copilot. There’s no need to be salty over a free trial.

As discussed with you previously on Discord (under your username ‘Hades’), the Trial version is specifically designed as a limited demo to test the core blueprint generation capabilities and compatibility with your hardware, not to perform massive, project-wide indexing and architecture scans for free. Those features require immense token usage and are reserved for verified purchasers.

Regarding token usage: The trial provides 2 million free tokens. Generating a ‘basic’ blueprint takes a few thousand tokens. If your trial depleted 2 million tokens in 20 minutes, our telemetry indicates you attempted to force the AI to read or generate an impossibly large block of code recursively, or attempted to bypass the trial restrictions.

Ultimate Engine Copilot V1 is currently used by over 1,000 verified developers and holds a 4.5/5 star rating. Calling a validated, multiple times featured by Epic tool a ‘SCAM’ simply because the free trial is restricted is bad faith behavior and your comment has been brought to Epic’s attention. We wish you the best in finding a tool that fits your budget and expectations.

V1.5.5 — May 19, 2026

The polish release. Sharper authoring tools across every UE subsystem, third-party AI agents you can plug straight into the editor, and offline-first AI content that ships ready to use without a cloud sync on first launch.

AI Agents & Integrations

  • Connect your own tool servers. Any MCP-compatible server (database, design tool, custom toolchain) can be added from the Extensions tab — stdio or HTTP. Your servers are visible to spawned agents too, so external agents can call your custom tools.

Chat Experience

  • /compact actually compacts. Old history is summarized and replaced, not hidden — you get the context savings immediately.
  • Type while the AI is working. Messages queue up and process when the current run finishes.
  • Auto-approve memories (optional toggle). Skip prompts for new AI-memory entries during long runs.
  • GDD upload caps removed. Drop in whatever document size you need.
  • Scroll-up sticks during streaming. Read while the AI types — no more being yanked back to the bottom.
  • New Classic Slate-inspired theme with customisable user/AI bubble colours.

Authoring Sprint

  • Control Rig. Anim-layer workflow — bake, collapse, tween, edit. Per-event graph targeting; real control properties.
  • Physics Asset. Bone bodies, primitive shapes, constraint limits.
  • Niagara. Schema discovery + SetParameters shortcut, classic-emitter module binding, renderer attribute binding, stateless inputs, scratch modules with custom HLSL.
  • Gameplay Ability System. Inspect a live ASC at runtime — attributes, effects, abilities, tags. Modifier magnitude calc, ability net config, triggers.
  • Behavior Tree. Declarative tree builder with FlowAbortMode and full decorator support.
  • State Tree. Parameter defaults, extended types.
  • PCG. Attribute math + expanded recipes.
  • MetaSound. Real implementations replacing 5 prior stubs, UE 5.5 paged graphs supported.
  • Widget. Named slot manipulation, event-graph wiring polish.
  • Water. Gerstner batch, spline editing, accumulation footgun fixed.
  • GameplayTags. Find every asset referencing a tag in one call.
  • Anything UObject. Read or write any UPROPERTY on any UObject — no need for a dedicated tool per asset type.

Blueprint Graph

Two months of real-world RPG / multiplayer stress testing landed on the graph builder:

  • Cross-class self-wire for events, prior-turn nodes, variable get/set, wildcard arrays.
  • Pre-flight validation with auto-repair for parameter misuse.
  • SpawnActor canonicalisation + direct-spawn bypass.
  • Branch auto-wire, return-node defaults, WidgetClick binding, inherited-prop self-context.
  • clear_blueprint_graph is anchor-based and preserves input events; undo_last_clear added.
  • add_function supports categories and native UEnum scan.

Slow Tools Don’t Freeze the Editor

Long-running tool calls (compiles, scans, fetches) now run asynchronously — keep working while they finish in the background.

Mac / Linux

  • Apple Silicon startup crash auto-patched (iOS-platform-detection abort).
  • Mac UE 5.7 compile fixes (GAS templates).
  • Project Dashboard rendering fix on Mac.
  • Linux build path cleanup.

Stability

  • AI content (system prompt, tool docs, node reference, every umbrella doc) ships bundled with the plugin. Works offline, no first-launch cloud sync.
  • Diff-snapshot hardening against GC and PIE preflight.

I joined this product’s Discord server. I decided to ask the developer a few questions before purchasing. I was banned without explanation. Below are the questions I asked (as I remember them). Is there a trial, because I don’t want to pay $330 to the guys on Discord? Is there protection against RAW code, god mode, and/or other destructive actions? What is the developer’s liability, or is the product presented as is? Are there real-world use cases in game development (not experiments) with evidence? Product performance? I’m not willing to spend an hour on AI work when I could do it myself in half an hour. Are the developers willing to stand behind their bold promises to the community? That’s what I remember. If the developer doesn’t answer honestly, I’ll consider this product a well-disguised scam.

Hi unsigned69. First of, you should’ve mentioned that you started spamming the server with messages in Russian language which led to your ban for not following the English-only server’s rule. Second, no one holds you at gunpoint to buy the plugin. Third, this is the first true Copilot that appeared on the market for UE5 around 1 year ago, there are close to 3000 users that have been playing around with the plugin ever since. You can live in your bubble while others actually build stuff and learn the engine.

If this would’ve been a blackbox product I wouldn’t have had a:

There are roughly 2-3 updates a month so far for close to a year now. I encourage people to join the Discord Server for if they have any actual questions before making the purchase
This plugin pioneered the AI development in UE5 and it’s made with love for the community by 2 friends. Thank you and good luck with your projects.

The Virtual Tour for the Plugin’s Interface is available now on the website: Virtual Tour

The most unique tour that doesn’t even require you to install the Trial Version

The most comprehensive Copilot for UE5 keeps innovating and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within UE5’s ecosystem. The oldest and the most adopted Copilot on the market. Don’t fall behind!

Thank you to the developer for responding to my message. Now, let me address the matter directly.

First of all, I wrote one message containing all of my questions. A single detailed message with pre-purchase questions should not be a reason for a ban. From my side, this looks more like a biased reaction than constructive moderation.

Second, I clearly stated that I am considering buying the product. Before purchasing it, I want to understand what exactly I am buying, what the limitations are, what risks exist, how production-ready the product is, and whether the advertised capabilities match the actual state of the tool.

To be fair, I should also clarify one point: version 1.0 was not released about a year ago. It was released quite recently, in April 2026. Based on the changelog, the product started to look more or less usable around version 1.6.0, released on June 2, 2026. This is important context, because the product is being presented as a mature tool, while the update history suggests that it is still actively being brought to a stable working state.

This product was also not the first one to claim such capabilities. So calling it a pioneer is, at the very least, debatable. There have already been other solutions and attempts to build tools with similar logic.

Regarding the statistics: according to official messages from Epic Games, Unreal Engine is used by around 850,000 people monthly. Three thousand users would be roughly 0.35% of that number. At the same time, this product has had negative reviews and refunds. Therefore, from a statistical point of view, I believe it is more accurate to speak about three thousand installations or purchases, not three thousand active users, unless there is verified data proving active usage.

Yes, I live in my own world — the world of systems engineering, where I have spent almost 20 years. I have worked on designing and maintaining systems that, for most people, would look like magic, technological miracles, breakthrough technologies, or science fiction. That is why I do not look at products like this as a random casual user. I look at them as an engineer who is used to evaluating architecture, stability, maturity, reproducibility, reliability, and the quality of communication.

My current goal is simple: I want to create my own dream game in Unreal Engine and use AI as a development accelerator, so that I do not have to manually write thousands of lines of C++ code and can move faster from idea to working result.

For me, this product is not a “black box.” For me, it is a potentially useful, but still unclear tool with a mixed technical and reputational background. What I need is not a puzzle, not an experimental prototype, and not a set of promises. I need a working tool. I need to understand that after purchasing it, I will not have to finish the tool myself, hunt for critical bugs, or investigate why advertised features do not work as expected.

When a person goes to a store to buy a tool, they expect to buy a working tool. They do not expect to buy a drill and then spend time figuring out why it does not drill, which internal components are unfinished, and where the design needs to be fixed.

An overview video is not proper technical proof. It is closer to marketing material. It shows the desire to sell the product, but it does not fully answer questions about stability, limitations, implementation quality, real-world usability, or readiness for a production workflow.

I will not argue in detail about the number of updates released over the last year. However, from the outside, it looks less like the steady expansion of a mature product and more like active patching and bringing basic functionality to an acceptable level.

Nevertheless, I still want to buy this product. And I still have questions. At the same time, I am still banned from the Discord server, which, as I understand it, should be one of the main places for proper communication with users and potential customers.

I do not believe this product was a pioneer in its niche. That is an obvious exaggeration. Was it created with love? Perhaps. But from the outside, it looks to me like the commercial release happened too early. I have seen the source code of one of the versions, so I understand what I am talking about. In my opinion, the product was pushed into production before reaching a sufficient level of engineering maturity.

In the end, I want the respected developers to understand my position correctly. I am not a hater. I am not your enemy, and I am not an enemy of your product. On the contrary, I am interested in buying it, and I want it to actually match its bold claims.

If this product was truly built by two people in one year, then that is serious work, and you deserve respect for it. But right now, there are visible problems with communication, transparency, and systematic thinking.

P.S. I still have not received answers to all of my questions. You clearly have enough imagination for new features, but in my opinion, there is still not enough systematic approach to support, feedback, documentation, and communication with potential users.

I hope for your good judgment and for further constructive communication.
