Ultimate Engine Co-Pilot (formerly Ultimate Blueprint Generator) - The AI Co-Pilot for Unreal Engine

Where is the C++ Prompt Generator? I can’t find it on Fab.

It no longer exists as it wasn’t needed anymore.

Version 0.2.5 for UBG is live as of 9th Jan 2026.

I'm slowly bringing the co-pilot inside Unreal Engine itself. My goal will be to use it completely from within Unreal without the need of third party apps.

Blueprint Analyzer and Project Scanner were brought inside Unreal for this new version. Blueprint Generation, Actors Creation, Widgets Creation will follow in future updates.

Check out the overview video for this Update

RE-INSTALL THE PLUGIN FROM EPIC LAUNCHER IF YOU DON’T SEE AN UPDATE BUTTON. These videos might help:

This new update brings back the need of an API key. I added a spare api key inside the project that gives everyone 80k tokens free usage. After that you need to follow docs to grab your personal key.

How to grab your own API key :ledger:

Must read! UE 5.6 and 5.7 don’t have a MacOS build because of some issues Epic identified with the builds. Dm me if you use MacOS and I’ll send you a copy of the plugin for you to test out since I don’t own a Mac. I’m working with Epic to solve this but it might take a week.

Please report any issues/bugs you might come across with this new update and not only.

Version 0.3.5 (January 26th, 2026) - Major Evolution

New Features

  • In-Editor AI Interface: I brought the agentic capabilities of desktop apps like Claude Desktop within the Unreal Editor itself. There’s no need to use third party apps anymore to connect to the plugin unless you want to. Everything can be done from the In-Editor Interface.

  • Local LLM Support: Local LLM support has been added as well. You can now use Ollama, LM Studio, and other OpenAI-compatible local servers for offline use with no API costs.

New Comprehensive Overview Video

so likeeee you can just install it and it does its thing? i had loads of problems when bought it a while back, you where lovely and supportive about it of course.

bought it on the sale, but it just wouldn’t work so you refunded it and you didn’t make me feel like ■■■■ for that either.

It defo is something i need. adhd and coding are not friends. but im sorry to say, its way to expensive.

The plugin is not for everyone and that’s fine. There is a cost for having the source code exposed.

It definitely improved and it keeps getting better and better. The setup for it is much easier now you just need an api key (gemini offers free api key with some limits) and you’re good to go. No more complicated setups with third party apps unless you want to use something like Claude Desktop etc. A massive update is coming in February.

Oh, okay. So, as a Gemini Pro User, I can just connect that API and am good to go? Sorry for the question, doing some digging before buying.

You don’t connect a plan, you need an api key (can as well grab a free api key from gemini) https://www.gamedevcore.com/docs/bpgenerator-ultimate#section-api-key

Or you can run the plugin locally with a local LLM https://www.gamedevcore.com/docs/bpgenerator-ultimate#section-local-llm

For Gemini Pro you can as well connect the plugin to Google Antigravity desktop app.

This is the most flexible co-pilot in Unreal - 3 different ways to connect and use the plugin.

How do you connect your plugin to Antigravity?

Have python 3.13 installed, the mcp package installed and then configure the mcp config file from antigravity. You can use an AI for assistance. I provide the mcps ready to use:

I went ahead and created a forum on my website as an alternative to Discord. I encourage everyone to join:

It’s not a forum in the true sense. It functions very similar to Discord. Here is where I’ll provide support for when Discord will introduce mandatory ID verification.
