With viewport realtime flag turned off and editor minimized I still see 20% cpu usage, is that normal and is there something more to turn off to keep it down?

I think the missing piece of information from my testing is that this only occurs if the FN client is running and connected to the editor. Likely causing throttling to behave incorrectly.

Actually on my laptop it happens with and without FN session running, hard to miss thanks to all the heat and noise
