Also, I switched from my main story map to an empty test map as my Editor Default Startup Level and today UE loaded my project in 15s. So this is a workaround for heavy story based levels.

Try to a clean test project. Import some sound files.
Do one variant of the data table with soft references, the other the normal ones.
Use the size calculation and see which one is the more optimal.
