UE5.3 Skeletal Mesh Editing Tools problem~

Been messing with the new skeletal mesh editing tools for hours now, the skeleton binding is really useful ( still hoping for template from mannequin and save the effort :smiley: ). BUT!!! when I finished binding and click skin and accept by default, the UV went crazy like this:


Not just the UV, but also the bending(Rotation) of bones seems like paper dolls now , I don’t know what went wrong , maybe someone who has experienced this could talk to me a little bit~

Plus, the IK retargeter in 5.3 is missing an important function, editing mode, I can’t fix my character’s default pose anymore, why is that, where is the button?
