UE4 - intel 7700K or AMD 1800X?

this seems to be true. I “overclocked” CPU before tests to 3700 but not increased voltage because voltage says its “auto”, so i didnt touched voltage.
When i downclocked CPU to 3000 (default settings) now UE build is pretty nice lightmass took rougly 85% of CPU (7 cores?) and level (±550 unbuilt objects, default project) was build in 20 sec.

Overclocking, people still do this?
Why overclock when your options are clearly there, you had 2 or 3 more processors to go up from the bottom tier ZEN !
Its like putting rocket fuel in your civic when a porch was $50 more.
