Im also experiencing this on 5.2. Thought it happens to me on a 3 monitor set up running off two different cards (3070 and 1650ti). Im running 2 WHD LGs and a QHD Wacom Cintiq. I often run in full screen on one and windowed on the other. The freeze up is obnoxious.
