To download the modding toolkit with the current launcher, go to the “Store” tab and type “Ark Editor” into the search bar; a tile should popup that says Ark Editor on it, click on that tile. From there, you will see the download options on the store page that is pulled up. Once you download it, you can access it through your library like with the rest of your Epic Games Store games!
