Thanks for that but there was more complication under the UK HMRC
even if you are using a shell company to trade from
You MUST supply your personal National Insurance/tax number. UK HMRC wants to see the person/director’s small business name.
You can only use business if you pay (VAT) Value Added Tax
This is very different from the USA tax, in Europe, we have with-holding tax where the tax is removed before any payment is received and then you claim it back at the end of financial year normal 5th of April.
In any country it is important to contact local Tax Authority for authorised tax advisors
