Thanks for your response, I am aware that I can use alpha channels during the reconstruction process, which I fully intend to do. However I believe masking cannot be used during the alignment process? It’s at this point (the alignment step) that I cannot get a decent output. I’m just not convinced that having a green screen with lighting will make a drastic difference, however i’d like to be proved wrong!
