Target searching for allies/neutrals
Adding the ability to retrieve friendly and neutral targets that are within attack range from a tile. Note that retrieving a list of targetable enemies is already possible. Adding search options to find tiles that contain friendly and neutral targets within attack range.

Hexagonal tile grids
